Cold combined with spring rain makes Hanoi so attractive at this time. Perhaps this is the first year in recent decades that Hanoi weather is so beautiful, leaves falling during spring, flowers colouring the streets. The Sword Lake becomes so romantic in the red of barringtonia blossoms.
